Excellent experience. Javan contacted us immediately once the request was done online. We sent photos so that he could review project (ice machine installation)and be as efficient as possible. The installation was great and he did much better than we expected or certainly could have done ourselves.

We had a problem with our Kitchen drain backing up. We have never had to call a plumber for a cloged drain. Our neighbors did not have any suggestions as to who we should call. We checked the internet for plumbers. We decided to call Clog Kings. Tim Mendez responded to our call for help. Tim was very professional and friendly. He got right to work and got our drain flowing again. He did not make much of a mess but he cleaned up after himself. Tim checked under the house and found a small leak in the old pipe. He has set up a time to come back and fix that. We highly reccommend Clog Kings and specially Tim if you are experiencing any drain problems.

We have used this company for a handful of projects and issues in our new home. Every single experience has been amazing. Every person I have interacted with has been fantastic. They installed our new tub and toilets & fixed a massive leak. I would 100% recommend them!!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning. The twisting bib on my outside faucet broke off and I had to turn off the water into my house. I had no water in the house. I called several plumbers. Tim with Clog Kings was the able to come out the soonest. He was right on time, respectful and friendly. He took about an hour to rectify the situation. I highly recommend him and, Clog Kings. Why not 5 stars? As I said, Tim was here for about an hour. The total charge was $302.86 which included a new spigot. That is a lot regardless of what day it is. Sunday was a scheduled day for him. He was working on Sunday anyway. Regardless, he fixed the problem which is a good thing.

Oh my goodness....I just can't say enough!!! This is the second time I have called this company (on 2 different properties) and they did not disappoint!!! The level of customer service and professionalism that I received from Justin, before, during and after arrival were beyond my expectations. It was an after hours call and I was out of town when the problems began. Justin was able to find the clog and documented that it was located on the city side so I could then call the city for an emergency visit. He answered the call from the city, then followed up with me to advise what was happening....all on a Friday night after 9:30pm. Then....he reached out the next morning to make sure my issue was fixed by the city. HANDS DOWN, one of the best customer service interactions I have had in a long time!!! WOW!!! We will definitely be in touch for our next plumbing needs. Thank you Justin!!!!

I initially chose to call Clog Kings for my plumbing emergency because they’re located in my neighborhood. They immediately sent out a plumber who knew exactly what to do and professionally completed the repair in minutes. I was SO IMPRESSED!! Clog Kings will be my go-to plumbers from now on!!

Highly recommended! Justin and Ivan did an amazing job fixing a spigot leak. I ended up getting two more replaced and they were really quick working, prompt when they said they would be there and really professional. Thanks a lot, Chris did a great job stopping the leak in the evening beforehand also.

Justin has a great attitude, from the get go. He was smiley and friendly and I was happy to let him and Ivan in my home. They were kind to my dog, my housekeeper and didn’t make us feel gross for having them clean a drain full of hair. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Appreciate the good attitude. Means the most to me!
